Brainpulse is a mobile app designed for daily brain training through short exercises and mini-games. The app is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.
By downloading, accessing, or using Brainpulse, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Brainpulse is provided for entertainment, wellness, and general cognitive training purposes only. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
You may use Brainpulse only in compliance with applicable laws. If you are under the age required in your country to accept these Terms on your own, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept them for you.
We may update, improve, change, suspend, or remove parts of the app at any time. We do not guarantee that all features will always be available or that the app will operate without interruption or errors.
Brainpulse does not require account creation and does not collect data that directly identifies users. Profile data, settings, and progress are stored locally on your device. Anonymous statistics may be processed to improve app performance and product quality.
Brainpulse, including its content, design, graphics, text, software, mini-games, and branding, is owned by its publisher or licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or exploit any part of the app except as allowed by law.
You agree not to use the app in any unlawful way, attempt to interfere with or disrupt the app, copy or misuse the app’s content or software, or use the app for commercial purposes without written permission.
Any scores, progress indicators, performance metrics, streaks, or similar in-app results are provided for informational and motivational purposes only. They do not represent medical, clinical, educational, or professional evaluation.
Brainpulse is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties or guarantees about the app’s availability, reliability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, progress, or device-related issues arising from the use of Brainpulse.
We may suspend or terminate access to the app if required by law, for technical reasons, or if these Terms are violated. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be available within the app. Continued use of Brainpulse after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the country of the app publisher’s registered business, unless otherwise required by local consumer law.
